Passkeys
Passkeys let you sign in to TrackOut with your face, fingerprint, or device screen lock instead of typing a password.
Add a passkey
- Open Settings in TrackOut.
- Find Passkeys and select Add passkey.
- Follow your browser or device prompt.
The passkey is saved by your browser, operating system, or password manager. Whether it syncs to another device depends on that provider.
Recent sign-in required
Adding a passkey needs a recent sign-in. If a Sign in again to add a passkey dialog appears, complete that sign-in. You return to Settings -- then select Add passkey again.
Manage saved passkeys
Settings lists the passkeys attached to your TrackOut account. Rename a passkey so you can recognize it later, or remove one you no longer use.
Before removing a passkey
Make sure you still have another way to sign in. Removing a passkey from TrackOut does not necessarily remove the saved credential from your device or password manager.
Sign in with a passkey
On the TrackOut sign-in page, select Passkey and follow the browser or device prompt. A cancelled prompt does not change your account.
